I have over a decade of experience teaching Yoga, I have worked with variety of people with different backgrounds and abilities
and have helped many people overcome anxiety, migraine, stress and physical injuries.
My classes will deepen your understanding of specific postures and breathing exercises, as well as explore how yoga exercises and meditation might be adapted to your day to day life.
I offer private classes, group classes and specific programs for Yoga Teachers seeking to refine their teaching skills.
