Private classes are unique because they are an excellent way to begin your journey to deepen your understanding of specific postures and breathing exercises, as well as exploring how yoga exercises may be adapted therapeutically to heal or strengthen your body.
I have over a decade of experience teaching Yoga, I have worked with a variety people and have helped many people overcome anxiety, migraine, stress and physical injuries.
Private classes are optimal for
- People who can’t fit a regular yoga class into their busy schedule.
- People who have injuries or illness that means they find a class environment doesn’t meet their needs.
- People who want a class tailored to their individual needs. For example hip flexibility, improving balance, reducing stress, post natal nourishing, pregnancy yoga, yoga for helping fertility.
- People who want to deepen their practice for example breathing techniques, specific postures or meditation.
- People who want to nurture themselves with a one to one restorative yoga session.Classes can be held at your home or office, I will bring props and the material if necessary.
